Democracy is dead. My local MP will not represent the wishes of his constituents; on the contrary, we are merely being asked to approve his views. None of the parties seem to wish to engage in representation, merely presentation. They tell us what they're going to do; why not ask what we want them to do? I despise them all.

I however will be voting - save for radical reform it is the only time I get to exercise my personal involvement in the Goverment of this country.
