Ben N replies: Nothing, like employment figures, unconstitutional invasions, declassification of drugs, reduction of the gay age of consent, moves towards 24-hour licensing, the congestion charge, introduction of a mayor for London, devolved parliaments for Scotland and Wales etc etc...?
Some of it good, some of it bad, but plenty changes.
