Not Apathetic

Tell the world why you're not voting - don't let your silence go unheard

They're not voting because...

Someone stole Labour - has any of these...

Someone stole Labour - has any of these lazy good for nothings ever had to do "labour" for a living? I doubt it.

The working people of this country are fed up with being taxed to the hilt with stealth taxes, charges, rules, bulls$%t laws and regulations and a constant stream of lies and false promises just so that a minority of people have a cushy life.

Start looking after the workers - they are the ones paying out all the time.

What choice do we have?
Conservatives ( Tory),
New labour (New Tory),
Social Democrats (Wet Tory)
I abstain without a guilty conscience.

Tom replies: Well you have a choice either you can vote for the party that has the most in common with your views (I suspect labour) or you can not vote and help those you have nothing in common with get elected. Expecting a national party to create a platform with everything you want is a little ridiculous. A serious party that expects to actually form a government and have any power at all has to have policies that will actually appeal to a majority of the people. In life you have to compromise to get anything and old labour needs to realise this unless you want the tories in power.

About Not Apathetic

NotApathetic was built so that people who are planning not to vote in the UK General Election on May 5th can tell the world why. We won't try to persuade you that voting is a good or a bad idea - we're just here to record and share your explanations. Whether ideological, practical or other, any reason will do.

A lot of users would like us to mention that if you spoil your ballot paper, it will be counted. So if you want to record a vote for "none of the above", you can.
