Effectively homeless borne of living away from UK, England, I am no longer of a fixed address placing me alongside the real homeless; I am only aware of my method of voting due to an article in the recent Big Issue but far too late to take advantage. These kinds of issues [with solutions] should be broadcast by all conscientious political parties!
