Not Apathetic

Tell the world why you're not voting - don't let your silence go unheard

They're not voting because...

Politicians fill me with disgust....

Politicians fill me with disgust.

In order to be able to make a choice, at least one of the options must be some way palatable.

I find that I can't get worked up about who wins. It'll bes somebody repulsive.

basil replies: If you are looking for the most palatable option you should vote Lib Dem, he seems the most 'real' person. He isn't my choice, I find him a bit soft.

Tiger43 replies: Vot for the least disgusting of the disgusting. Or, vote for the most disgusting of the disgusting. This election is all disgusting anyway.

SM replies: Basil, if by "he" you mean Charlie Kennedy, I can't vote for him; he isn't standing in my constituency. Some bloke called Kelvin Holdsworth is.

I won't be voting for him, either. I'd need to find him at least a little bit palatable. I don't.

About Not Apathetic

NotApathetic was built so that people who are planning not to vote in the UK General Election on May 5th can tell the world why. We won't try to persuade you that voting is a good or a bad idea - we're just here to record and share your explanations. Whether ideological, practical or other, any reason will do.

A lot of users would like us to mention that if you spoil your ballot paper, it will be counted. So if you want to record a vote for "none of the above", you can.
