Listening to ministers on Radio 5 Live constantly blabbering the latest central office paged "buzz-phrase" (ie. "hard working families", "key-workers") and trying to sound defiantly knowledgeable about topics they've clearly only vaguely heard about minutes before has completely depressed me.

In my business, we apoint people to positions where they're most skilled. We don't go "oooh, you did well at documentation, why not give finance a go"
Yet I notice Clarke feels capable of going from education to home office over-night. No sweat.
