Not Apathetic

Tell the world why you're not voting - don't let your silence go unheard

I don't like TB or his pals...

I don't like TB or his pals. But none of the alternatives strike me as good choices either.

I refuse to go to the effort of voting when the only choice is to select the least-worst candidate.

Give me somebody worth voting for, and I'll happily go to the polling place.

Alison replies: You only get the choice to vote for TB if you live in Sedgefield ... in the UK we vote for a party's candidate - or an independent - to represent the people of that constituency. When enough of them are elected they can work together to improve things for everyone.

About Not Apathetic

NotApathetic was built so that people who are planning not to vote in the UK General Election on May 5th can tell the world why. We won't try to persuade you that voting is a good or a bad idea - we're just here to record and share your explanations. Whether ideological, practical or other, any reason will do.

A lot of users would like us to mention that if you spoil your ballot paper, it will be counted. So if you want to record a vote for "none of the above", you can.
