Not Apathetic

Tell the world why you're not voting - don't let your silence go unheard

They're not voting because...

I simply don't trust any of them - from...

I simply don't trust any of them - from uncle Tony lying about Iraq and even when it's proved he won't admit it, to Michael Howard trying to jump on every bandwagon that might work... to Charles Kennedy trying to appear honest... and all the mindless spin trying to make something appear what they want it to

What we need is an "If elected will not stand" party, and then if they win they immediately call another election and force the main parties to wake up and realise what people want is politicians they can trust.

Mind you, could you trust the "If elected will not stand" party not to be lying!

piersh replies: We used to have politicians who gave it straight, & the media crucified them, e.g. Michael Foot. That's why the Labour party turned to media management & spin, as they realised the alternative was perpetual Tory rule.
We've got what we deserved - don't blame the politicians.

About Not Apathetic

NotApathetic was built so that people who are planning not to vote in the UK General Election on May 5th can tell the world why. We won't try to persuade you that voting is a good or a bad idea - we're just here to record and share your explanations. Whether ideological, practical or other, any reason will do.

A lot of users would like us to mention that if you spoil your ballot paper, it will be counted. So if you want to record a vote for "none of the above", you can.
